My mission as a property buyer, buying agent, is to make your life easy when buying a property by helping you make a safe purchase: * I’m by your side, understanding your needs, * finding your property AMONGST ALL PROPERTIES AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET and not limited to a portfolio. * Due diligence: technical, legal and neighbour due diligence. * Property investigation with market analysis * Negotiating on your behalf for the best deal * Accompany you during the whole process till you are settled in your property * Liaise you with professionals: lawyers, surveyors, financial brokers, … * You are my client, you pay me, not the buyer.
