We also undertake all the negotiations and the procedures necessary before building can begin, such as the obtaining of the building licence, water and electricity supply, the translation documents and provision of estimates.

We can undertake all types of interior and external refurbishment of existing properties using the expertise of our specialist, experienced craftsmen in general construction. We employ staff highly-qualified in general construction, finishing work, electric and plumbing etc., in order to co-ordinate work tightly without unnecessary time-wasting.
